Ken is our lead management consultant, with a specialisation in programme / project management of strategic initiatives. He has over 18+ years of consulting experience in the financial services, public sector and retailing & manufacturing industries. Ken has extensive proven deliveries in strategy development, business planning, strategic road-mapping, implementation of target operating models, business change and technology implementations. As a result, this has enabled him to lead and drive through successful business transformations for numerous clients.
Ken brings to his clients a wealth of knowledge & experience captured from numerous client engagements throughout Europe and North America. He brings structured thinking, frameworks, methodologies and implementation experience having consulted for Deloitte Consulting UK, Deloitte Consulting Canada and PwC Advisory Services Canada. Recently, over the last 10 years Ken has been primarily aligned to the general insurance industry (London Market, Large Commercial & Corporate, Commercial SME and Personal Lines) providing consulting and business management services.
